Frank groaned as he sat back up, cracking his neck and wincing at the pain. “I’m getting too old for this shit.” His eyes squinted. “The fuck was this anyway? Felt like I was part of Inception.” With a yawn the cabby got up and waltzed over to his phone, nonchalantly pressing one of the buttons when seeing a bright red “1” blinking.
Frank waltzed over to the kitchen to get himself some milk.
He froze halfway there. Brow furrowing at the message. A week. Frank slowly turned to stare at his phone, horrified. The corners of his mouth dropped.
“Oh, come on.”
Go look for them yourself, you fucking wacko.

Frank watched as he rested his face against his head, as if bored. The demon mirrored his soft expression, widening his smile at the question. Very slowly, he wrapped one of his arms around the back of the other’s neck and turned his head so that his lips would brush along Cooper’s cheekbone, up until his ear, where he’d whisper “I can make you feel things that this world could never offer, huntsman. Good things.” He held the cigarette near Cooper’s face, tilting his head, watching it and considering whether he should mark him or not. “Or bad…It’s really up to you.”
When blue eyes finally locked with his, Frank couldn’t help but to feel his lips twitching into a strange bewildered smile. Franklin never reacted well to threats though. He clenched his jaw, and scoffed. “My heart? I’ve been informed I don’t owe one anymore.” The demon, tilted his head, taking yet another drag from his cigarette. “But I’m sure there are other things you can have from me, tiger.” Frank grinned. “All you’d have to do would be sign a little contract, shake my hand and bam. End of story.”
Frank’s smile weakened at the first remark. Two brown eyes rolled back as he took a small but deep breath. “No. Sorry to disappoint.” He took a long drag from his cigarette, leaning a bit closer to Cooper, blowing the smoke against the side of his face before whispering through a smile. “You know what I am.” He placed his cigarette pack into his inner pocket and shrugged. “Your loss.”
